At the heart of this design project lay the concept of open, rustic space in search of its own identity.
The locally quarried quartzite stone used for flooring turns into a mantle spreading three-dimensionally up onto the counter, and ending at the back of the bar.
It is a rigorously outlined SCULPTURE conceived as ‘forms exploding in strength’.
FREEDOM in the conceptual use of space takes shape in the simplicity of the rustic wooden boards on walls and ceilings, which define spatial limits in a virtual manner.
