AL DUCA D’AOSTA – VENICE

The store is situated very close to Saint Mark’s Square, on Via dela Merceria, in the heart of the ‘complex’ architecture of Venice. This c. 600 sq mt space is divided and structured into 3 floors, dedicated from top to bottom to accessories, men’s wear and men’s/women’s wear.
A rich mixture of sophisticated materials, precious craftmanship, such as Berti flooring with wood inserts, stucco wall finishing and the store’s restoration to the original style of the Venetian school carried out by Arianna Annibale, lend a somewhat ‘classical and refined’ atmosphere to these spaces. The décor is 30s-inspired using thin brass profiles with very large cross sections serving as supports for marble shelves, or to hold sand-faced and treated oak ornaments. The curved shapes soften the hardness of the material and the overall space plan.
